Vadim Braginsky

Vadim Braginsky is an associate with Patterson Thuente. His practice centers on helping his clients protect and derive value from their intellectual property, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and intellectual property portfolio management.

Professional Experience

Prior to pursuing his career in law, Vadim was a senior design engineer at Emerson Process Management/Rosemount, Inc. There he focused on analog and digital hardware design, and manufacturing process and test systems support. His engineering experience includes work related to regulatory compliance in the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) field

Vadim also brings practical business experience to his practice, having co-founded a closely held engineering enterprise that concentrates on developing and licensing intellectual property.
