Our law clerk program is as unique as the ideas we protect. We provide a year-round opportunity as most of our clerks arrange a part-time work schedule during the school year and full-time during the summer. Our law clerks are involved in real work from the beginning, such as research, drafting patent applications and Office Actions, and assisting our litigation team.
