As Director of Human Resources for Patterson Thuente IP, Patrick partners with the firm’s leadership and employees to help develop, deliver and align the firm’s robust people-based solutions to best serve our clients and their diverse needs.
Patrick’s primary focus is on helping to leverage the tremendous value offered by the firm’s greatest asset: Its people. Through a lens of continuous improvement, Patrick works to help to develop meaningful, unique and diverse employment experiences, initiatives, and programs to ensure the firm attracts and retains top talent for the ultimate benefit of our clients.
Patrick’s area of responsibility includes all human resources initiatives, including organizational development, employee relations, compensation, and benefit programs and payroll. Patrick’s comprehensive multi-national HR prior experience includes working in diverse sectors such as manufacturing, construction management, health care, higher education, hospitality, and non-profits.
