Robin Olson
Litigation & Paralegal Supervisor
With more than 14-years of experience, Robin Olson is a seasoned litigation paralegal. She assists attorneys and clients of Patterson Thuente with all aspects of a case, from onset through appeal, including managing electronic discovery, large document databases and trial management software. Robin has extensive experience in both state and federal courts across the country, as well as the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Her knowledge of the various courts and appropriate rules and procedures helps the firm deliver the best service possible for its clients.
Active in the legal community locally and internationally, Robin has served as co-chair of the Litigation Section and Student/Paralegal Educator Liaison for the Minnesota Paralegal Association, and has served on several committees for the International Paralegal Management Association (IPMA), including the Resources Committee, Paralegal Educational Program Advisory Committee, Speaker Outreach Committee and ABA Site Visit Task Force. She has also served as Vice President of Outreach for IPMA.
Robin is a frequent speaker at local schools that offer Paralegal Studies programs and she assists with site visits for the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Paralegals. Some of her recent presentations include:
