    Brian L. Stender is a partner with Patterson Thuente IP whose practice combines patent prosecution and intellectual property litigation, as well as preparation of patentability, infringement, and invalidity analyses and opinions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Brian’s technical experience lies in the areas of chemical, biochemical, mechanical, and medical devices.

    Prior to joining the firm, Brian worked as an in-house patent liaison for Phillips Plastics Corporation where he focused on patent prosecution and portfolio management and developed extensive knowledge in injection molding, insert molding and multi-shot processes. In addition, he has experience with small-scale pharmaceutical-derivative synthesis and characterization, aquatic photochemistry, time-resolved flash photolysis, and process development.
