Rachel Gagliardi is a paralegal and Director of Prosecution Support at Patterson Thuente IP. In addition to assisting with filing and prosecution of US and non-US patents, she manages workflow for the prosecution support team and ensures adherence to firm prosecution procedures. She also serves on the firm’s Prosecution Procedures Committee.


Rachel joined the firm in 2011 and lead the docketing department before moving into portfolio management. Prior to joining Patterson Thuente IP, Rachel had 12 years experience as an intellectual property paralegal, serving as a client liaison for the attorneys she supported, which included onsite visits to provide educational presentations and collaborate on projects.
